Divasz, A TradeMark brand of Payffers Webtech Solutions gives its buyers a 15 days Replacement guarantee on Manufacturing defects and product colour differences for all its products purchased online.
The guarantee doesn’t include any repair of products modified, misused, product wear and tear and negligence from the buyer’s side.
Sales Policy
Divasz (Payffers Webtech Solutions) enters into a binding agreement once the order is placed by you i.e. (buyer) and accepted by us (the seller). Once the order is confirmed the price mentioned in the invoice by the seller will be the final price and it will be inclusive of taxes and shipment.
Kindly note the order confirmed by the buyer will be final and no cancellation will be considered. Divasz (Payffers Webtech Solutions) reserves the right to cancel the order, in case there is any unauthorized activity in the payment. Brand also reserves the right to cancel the order incase of product unavailability or found any defects on quality check during dispatched procedure.
In case a damaged product or wrong product is sent by the seller Divasz (Payffers Webtech Solutions) the same should be informed to us through an email with the tag, product image and invoice copy, We will schedule a pick up for the same from your doorstep. The address to be mentioned is as below.

Once received and upon QC pass, the right product will be shipped to you within 5-7 working days.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
After placing the order, the customer has an option to cancel the order within one hour. The refund for the same will be processed within 10 working days through the same payment mode.
The return of jewellery delivered should be informed with a valid reason to Divasz (Payffers Webtech Solutions) through an email (with tag no, invoice copy and product image) which is contact@divasz.com within 24 hours.
