Return & Refund :
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tags attached. (With online refund for Online Payments and Store credit for COD Payments)
To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following:

- Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 5-7 business days.
Once the item is picked up, we will credit the amount of that item as STORE CREDIT in your account or we can do an online refund within 15 business days, depending on the option selected by you while placing your order.
Cancellation Policy :
After placing the order, the customer has an option to cancel the order within one hour. The refund for the same will be processed within 10 working days through the same payment mode.
The return of jewellery delivered should be informed with a valid reason to Divasz (Payffers Webtech Solutions) through an email (with tag no, invoice copy and product image) which is contact@divasz.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a pick up free of cost for those products informed within 24 hours. The address to be mentioned is as below.
